How much do your services cost?

My standard rate is $150/per hour. I offer options for reduced fee sessions including pay-what-you-can options. Contact me for more details!
Can I use my insurance benefits?

Absolutely! I am in-network with several major insurance carriers. Check out the About page for a list. If I don’t take your insurance, I can also provide a “superbill” (a breakdown of all your appointments for the month) and you can provide that to your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits
I hated therapy in the past, What makes you different?

I am sorry you had such a negative experience! With the right fit and right treatment, I believe psychotherapy services can be life changing! Some types of therapy can seem very cold or robotic. I structure my therapy space differently, where there is space for humor and conversation. At the same time, I am very directive in my approach. I will suggest techniques to work on and assign out-of-session work as needed.
Where are your offices located?

I office out of Grace River Christian Counseling Center in Norman, OK. My office address is 2212 Westpark Dr. Norman, OK 73069. I also provide telehealth services to anyone living in Oklahoma. I offer some evening appointments, but they fill up fast, so call me if you are interested.
Do you offer Christian counseling?

Yes! If you are interested in incorporating Christian principles into your counseling, simply request it when you book an appointment or let me know at your intake.
Is all of your counseling religious?

No! The treatment approaches I use are generally secular in nature, but can be accommodated to help clients from many different faith backgrounds or those with no faith at all. I incorporate faith principles only at the request of the client.
