Meet Luke
I am a licensed therapist who is passionate about serving those struggling with anxiety, OCD, and trauma-exposure. I have a special emphasis on providing therapy for individuals who have chronic illnesses and those with religious/spiritual distress. Some things to know about my practice:
Exposure-Based - Just entering into the therapy room can be painful. I guide you to turn that pain into an ally through gradual exposures that help you become more resilient.
Directive, Guided Approach- I consider myself like a coach who helps you apply the skills and insight learned in the therapy room to your everyday life.
Humor - Therapy does not have to be a dull experience! I love using humorous moments in the session room to facilitate healing.
No Robots Allowed - I hate one-size-fits-all therapy! It makes people feel like they are being treated like a robot. I prioritize the human-to-human connection that makes psychotherapy so effective.
